The rerating of turbomachinery equipment can provide greater capacity and improved efficiency, allow for a change in process requirements, and offer solutions to operating problems while avoiding or significantly deferring the need to replace expensive machinery. Through an extensive branch network Precision Concepts can cost effectively overhaul and recondition a wide range of plant and equipment. Projects are configured to meet individual customer requirements and range from initial strip-down and inspection through to reinstallation and commissioning. Reconditioning is often the quickest and most cost-effective method of returning equipment to service. Components can be rebuilt in the Precision Concepts workshop to avoid protracted delivery times for new equipment and spare parts. Reconditioning also avoids additional costs and delays arising from modifications to associated plant work areas to accommodate new equipment.
